
Toni is committed to access and participation, community engagement, creative arts for enrichment, young artist development, and industry-facing training for musicians. This has inspired her development and leadership of festivals, educational music programmes, and community engagement initiatives for the San Diego Symphony Orchestra, School of Music and Dance at San Diego State University, San Diego Winds, San Diego Guitar Festival and Southern California's Heartpower Performances. More recently, she was appointed Chair of the Board of CREATE Paisley.
Toni is a Director of Tannahill Arts and Heritage. The organisation is working to create more equitable opportunities for members of the public to engage with arts, heritage and culture, presenting the highest quality performing, visual and literary arts events, in venues in and around the historic town of Paisley, Scotland. Established in 2020, the organisation will generate education and development opportunities for aspiring creative artists, helping them to connect with their audience.
Toni has built rewarding and profitable partnerships with international corporations and funders all over the world, to support new participation and education initiatives, residencies, professional training programmes and digital teaching-learning technology. A successful fundraiser, national and international grants include ACMP Chamber Music Network, Creative Scotland, Chamber Music America, Japan Foundation of America, Mizel Family Foundation, National Association of Music Merchants, San Diego State University project grants and Faculty Research funding.
