Toni’s commitment to access and participation, community engagement, and industry-facing training for musicians, has inspired her development and leadership of festivals, educational music programmes, and community engagement initiatives for the San Diego Symphony Orchestra, School of Music and Dance at San Diego State University, San Diego Winds Summer Music Institute, San Diego Guitar Festival, and Southern California’s Heartpower Performances.

Toni has built rewarding and profitable partnerships with international corporations and funders all over the world, to support new participation and education initiatives, residencies, professional training programmes and digital teaching-learning technology.  A successful fundraiser, national and international grants include ACMP Chamber Music Network, Creative Scotland, Chamber Music America, Mizel Family Foundation, National Association of Music Merchants and San Diego State University Student Success and Faculty Research funding.

Toni is the Managing Director of Tannahill Arts and Heritage.  The organisation provides opportunities for members of the public to engage with arts, heritage, and culture by presenting the highest quality performing, visual and literary arts events, in venues in and around the historic town of Paisley, Scotland.  Established in 2020, the organisation will generate education and development opportunities for aspiring creative artists, helping them to connect with their audience.
